You have 45 days to initiate a free exchange or opt for store credit. You have 30 days to initiate a return for refund (subject to return shipping / restocking fee). If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can initiate a return using our Returns Portal below.
◇ All returns must be in new, unworn and unwashed condition and have all tags attached. We are unable to accept returns/exchanges that have signs of wear, are dirty, or smell of laundry detergent, cigarette smoke, incense or strong parfume. We kindly ask that you always try on your leggings with underwear and before laundering them as we are unable to resell leggings that have been washed/worn. Items that are received in such condition will be rejected and returned to sender.
◇ Returns are processed within 10-15 days of receipt to our corporate mailbox.
◇ Items that are marked as FINAL SALE are not eligible for return or exchange.
◇ Hemmed garments are not eligible for return as they cannot be restocked.
◇ For cash refunds, a restocking fee of 10% of the original value of the returned items will be deducted from your refund to cover shipping/handling/restocking and nonrefundable credit card processing fees. Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
◇ We are unable to provide pre-paid shipping labels for Yoga Mats, email us within 30 days of receipt for return instructions and receive a return authorization number.
◇ Items that are sent back without a return authorization will be will not be eligible for a refund or store credit and the product(s) will be discarded or donated to charity.
◇ As of April 2022: We are now video-recording the opening and processing of all returned packages. Any garments that are soiled (and/or) show obvious signs of wear will be returned without refund/exchange. These videos are available in an effort to be as transparent as possible.
